The Samsung Touch Of Color T220HD 22-inch LCD HDTV Monitor (refurb) was received rather quickly in perfect condition, good packaging. The only problem being there were absolutley no cables or paperwork, just the TV & remote. It was advertised as 'complete' with manufacturer's warranty. The price was such a bargain I opted not to return it as I have access to the necessary cables.
